You're confident... but something is "off"

What if I told you… This isn’t a confidence problem?

Most women I work with are not lacking confidence.

They’re highly aware. Highly capable.

But they’re caught in a pattern.

A quiet one.

You say something.

Someone reacts.

And instantly, your brain goes to:

“What did I do wrong?”

But here’s what’s actually happening:

You’re not just reacting to the moment.

You’re reacting to what you’ve learned that moment means about you.

It's conditioning..... and that distinction matters.

Because it means you’re not questioning yourself.

You’re responding to a meaning you’ve already assigned.

And most of the time? That meaning didn’t start with you.

Let's fix that!

More on this tomorrow.

What just happened? I stayed composed. Finished the meeting. Moved on. But later? I replayed it. Over and over. Not because I didn’t know what to say. But because something...

You are not too much. What you’re experiencing is something more layered. There’s a framework I teach called The Meaning Split™. And once you see it, you cannot unsee it. Here’s the concept: Most of us think we’re reacting to what happened in a room, in a conversation, in a moment. We’re not. We’re actually carrying three separate experiences — collapsed into one emotional response: 1. The INTENTION — what you actually meant. Your purpose in that moment.2. The INTERPRETATION — how someone...

Ok! Not gonna lie! You got an email from me earlier that was... not what I intended. No formatting. No photo. Just raw text dropping into your inbox like I hit send by accident. I didn't — but my AI assistant did. And to add insult to injury - my entire e-mail list got the message. Could have been worse... I guess! Here's the truth: I am in the middle of an experiment. I've been exploring how to use AI tools to help me reach you more consistently — because the vision is bigger than what I can...
